Hey Glyn
I would have let you by after just one more turn as I always do when I know someone is faster. You did not need to stick your nose in and wreck me in just the third lap of the race.

Real intense race for me trying to keep Cory Mackey at a small distance. Unfortunate server warp on last corner made me crash with Haynie with a few laps to go. Nothing I can do but none the less, good race I hope for all. Grats Cory on a free win =].

Small note to back markers (blue flags) we need to work on that a little better. A few times there was instances where I did not expect people to slow down where they did while trying to pass them.

Incident:
Session: Race

Name of the accused driver as indicated in the unofficial results: John Cook

Start time of the incident as indicated by the official replay time or position: 01:02:03

End time as indicated by the official replay time or position: 01:02:09

Brief description of the complaint: Accused driver did not leave enough room (moved over) while I was making a pass causing an accident. I was well alongside and 3/4 of my car ahead. pitt maneuvered. I had a nice run as John had a slip up with being lapped. After getting caught up in a crash at the start this was a real good battle with an already damaged car. It could of been better.

Hi Thomas,

I don't remember it that way but please feel free to post it. If I did trash you Im will to take a penalty if replay shows it. I just havnt had time to watch it back. If you can post it would be appreciated.

Hey Glyn
I would have let you by after just one more turn as I always do when I know someone is faster. You did not need to stick your nose in and wreck me in just the third lap of the race.

My post was not to seek retribution. It was to remind the faster drivers that they need to have a little more patience passing slower vehicles. This was not under a blue flag. In real F1 faster driver get stuck behind slower cars for laps not seconds. Up until turn 15 you had not been held up at all. I would have let you pass after turn 16 a few seconds away. You did not need to press the issue so quickly. I know none of us try to wreck each other on purpose. We sometimes just get impatient or make bad decisions. No worries. Looking forward to next season.

I just took a look, I was actually being patient up until then waiting but on the right hand turn before we came together you over cooked it locked up the fronts and full lock went wide, in doing so you dropped 20kmh compared to previous lap to the left curb, I motioned to the right without committing to it and you drove to the right to cover it.
I darted over the left and had 3/4 of the car up the inside with a lot more speed and totally in control no lock ups no understeering into you but even though I was clearly in your mirrors up the inside you then turned in. Now we are both going to collide. Then I try to back out as you are acting like im not there. Not sure why as im in your mirrors and we will collide unless I now do everything to avoid it, but couldnt clear all your car and my front wing which is now at the back of your car just caught your rear left. Also its a race, if someone is ahead of me and Im much faster say for sake of of this review then why would I just wait for when that person may or may not let me by. I dont know what your mindset is "maybe you may be thinking Im ahead im fighting this all the way!" I dont know that so If you make an error and your going slower and an opening appears I am going to go for it. From your point you have to decide "this person has caught me fast and I made an error the turn before and Im going slower and hes well up the inside, Im just going to ignore him and turn in as usual even though there is a good chance there will be a collision." Was it clumsy yes did you have to concede probably not would I have done it any different ? I dont think so.
Im not trying to be a dick thats just my take.
