The SRHF1 2017 season has come to an end with a victory from Argenis Riera in Abu Dhabi. It was a race too late for the defending Champion after scoring the Pole Position and Win at the Yas Marina Circuit. Had this result occurred in Brazil, we would've had a Championship showdown in the last race after Montero retired early from this race with electronics issues, scoring zero points. Glen Thomas scored his third podium of the season with a second place, while Cory Mackey finished in 3rd after leading the race and suffer from electronics issues that set him back a couple of places towards the end of the race.
