After finishing the race in first place, Cory Mackey (Haas) has been excluded from the results for breaching rule 14.4 and starting the race on a different compound than the one used to set his fastest time in Q2. With this change, Argenis Riera moves up to first place and takes full points in Italy even though he did not lead any lap during the race. Otto Acosta moved up to second for Ferrari and Mat Harto closed the podium for Toro Rosso. Ezequiel Montero finished in 12th place after suffering from electronics issues late in the race, he led 38 out of the 53 laps.

We now have a new Drivers Championship leader, Argenis Riera, just six points ahead of Ezequiel Montero, game on!
