- Can you race on Thursday nights at 21:30 USA Eastern Time?
- Can you attend the Official Practices on Tuesday nights at 21:30 USA Eastern Time?

As per our regulations, drivers that finished in the top 14 of the 2018 Performance Ranking will automatically earn a seat for 2019. These drivers are:

06. Jacobo Cardozo
07. Richard Walcott
08. Darren Fisher
09. Ivan Georgiev
10. @Dave Carney#
11. Argenis Riera
12. Benny Fascelli
13. Roberto Scime
14. Alejandro Sanabria

Drivers that finished outside of the top 14 in the 2018 Performance Ranking or are new drivers wanting to join the league in 2019, must first go through the Winter Series to earn a seat.

Round 1 - Misano World Circuit Marco Simoncelli - February 21, 2019 @ 21:30 USA Eastern Time
Round 2 - Istanbul Park - February 28, 2019 @ 21:30 USA Eastern Time
Round 3 - Sepang International Circuit - March 7, 2019 @ 21:30 USA Eastern Time

29 August - Belgium (Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps)
5 September - Italy (Autodromo Nazionale Monza)
19 September - Singapore (Marina Bay Circuit)
26 September - Russia (Sochi Autodrom)
10 October - Japan (Suzuka International Racing Course)
24 October - Mexico (Autodromo Hermanos Rodriguez)
7 November - USA (Circuit of the Americas) <-- Moved after the real race because of Halloween and to allow drivers to go to the real race
14 November - Brazil (Autodromo Jose Carlos Pace)
21 November - Abu Dhabi (Yas Marina Circuit) <-- Moved one week before the real race because of Thanksgiving
